We may use your contact information to send follow-up communications related to a call or proposal. You can opt out of these at any time by replying to any email.

Third-Party Services

We use GoHighLevel to manage calendar bookings and CRM communications. When you book a call through our site, your information is processed through GoHighLevel's platform, which has its own privacy policy.

We may use Google Analytics or similar tools to understand site traffic. These tools may place cookies on your device. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because there is no industry-standard response to "Do Not Track" browser signals, our site does not currently respond to them.

Data Retention

We retain contact information for as long as it is relevant to an active or potential business relationship. If you would like your information removed from our records, contact us at lauren@prometheanintel.com and we will delete it within 30 days.

Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not store payment information — all transactions are handled through third-party payment processors.
