What is Promethean Intelligence?
We are a full-service AI automation and consulting firm. We build bespoke AI systems for scaling services businesses. We have the expertise to diagnose how AI will add value to your business, and the skilled developers to build and deploy the systems.

What makes you different from other AI providers?
We build production systems, not loom demos. Every system we sell, was first built for use in our own business. Beyond that, every system we deploy is designed to the same rigorous engineering standards relied on by world governments, that cannot compromise on performance, security, and reliability.
Pricing & Engagement
How much does it cost?
All engagements are fixed price, clearly defined before any work starts. The price depends on the scope of what we're building, which is determined during a free systems audit call. There are no hourly rates for builds and no change orders.
Why fixed price instead of hourly?
Hourly billing creates the wrong incentive for system builds, it rewards time spent, not results delivered. Fixed pricing aligns our incentives, because we win only when the system works and you're satisfied. We only utilize an hourly payment model for strictly consulting-only engagements.
What's the payment structure?
The process starts with a completely free, no obligations, systems audit call. New system builds are a fixed price. 50% will be due to get us started, and the other 50% will be due only when you're 100% satisfied with your system. We offer an optional ongoing retainer for service and maintenance that can be billed monthly or annually. Every new build will come with 30 days of support and maintenance for absolutely free.
Working Together
How involved do I need to be?
Minimally. We need your requirements at the start, your help gathering credentials for your related systems, and your feedback during testing and deployment. For most builds, a few hours of your time across the entire engagement is realistic, typically loaded towards the front end of the process. Most clients are surprised by how little they need to do.
How long does a build take?
Most systems go live in 2–4 weeks. Complex builds or systems requiring deep integration with multiple platforms may take longer. The timeline is defined in the proposal before any work starts, no surprises. Your cooperation during the scoping phase is crucial for ensuring we eliminate scope creep and are able to stick to these timelines.
What happens after the system goes live?
You own the system and it runs on your infrastructure. We retain the ability to access the system for maintenance and testing purposes. Optional service and maintenance is available on a monthly retainer for updates, monitoring, and ongoing improvements. This service is included for free the first 30 days post deployment.
Do you work with platforms I'm already using?
Yes. We build to your existing tech stack — CRM, email, scheduling, data sources. No platform migration required. If your current stack has limitations that affect what we can build, we'll flag that during the audit or as early into development as possible to find a solution.
